[Ssr2-review] SSR2 documents to work in
kc at caida.org

Following up on my assignments:
Rec 18: deleted
Rec 19: reworded (significantly different, to discuss);
I thought what was there was too vague/unmeasurable.
Rec L: I don't see this in the doc anymore, wondering if I
accidentally deleted it. Text I had before was:
L) The ICANN Board should resolve that ICANN organization conducts
regular data gathering through surveys and studies to inform an
assessment of current and future trends relating to DNS SSR.
This will also aid future policy development (including the
current Temporary Specification for gTLD Registration Data
Expedited Policy Development Process and related efforts).
I'm having trouble understanding what was intended
with this recommendation. I find it much too high-level
and vague. What harm are we trying to prevent/mitigate,
and can we be any more precise in our prescription?
How will SSR3 know this recommendation is completed?
What measurable impact are we looking for?
