[Ssr2-review] SSR2 agenda 27 November 2019

It is important that we have text for all of the gaps.  We are expecting to talk about text to fill the gaps from Denise, Kerry-Ann, Matagoro, Laurin, Eric, Alain, Scott, and KC.
