Dear SSR2 Review Team,

As Russ mentioned on the call today, based on the results of the Doodle poll<https://doodle.com/poll/sq2yd9fwhzq5eqfw> the leadership team is proposing a face-to-face meeting on 16-17 January 2020, at the ICANN office in Washington, DC.

If the proposed meeting date or location are problematic for you, please let us know by end of your day on Friday 13th September.
