[Ssr2-review] IANA BC/DR seems to be working for DNSSEC

Hi,

Section 4.5.4 of the DPS  clearly said that The RZ KSK Operator has developed, implemented and tested a business continuity and IT disaster recovery plan.

….And PTI root KSK practices are regularly  audited. 

Did we have any indices to believe there is no Plan or  Plan not working ?
