[Ssr2-review] Wednesday plenary canceled

Dear SSR2 RT members,

As was just agreed on the leadership team call, the SSR2 plenary meeting this week is canceled. Please use the time for subteam work. The Abuse subteam will be using the blocked plenary call time on Wednesday in addition to the subteam meeting already planned for tomorrow.
