Can you please link to the information we need to
make this assessment?  the part of the analysis doc
that claims it's unfinished?  Or the doc that links
to what ICANN says it did?

I think you're asking folks to operate in a vortex
of google docs. at least link to the URLs that you're
using to complete your rows..
