[Ssr2-review] Updates complete - draft ready for consideration for public comment

Apologies for missing today’s call, I was still in Cabinet when our meeting started and just got out. I look forward to see the results of the meeting.
I echo the sentiments to thank Heather for all the work she put in to make the document so much more presentable.
