[Ssr2-review] SSR2 suggestion 2 - requested information

Thank you.  My reading of Suggestions 2 calls for something similar to the Implementation Shepherd, but the information on that web page is much less granular than envisioned.

I will add a sentence to Suggestion 2 to capture point about the Implementation Shepherd.
