[Ssr2-review] Please update Subteam Status

I would like to add to the agenda tomorrow discussion of
deletion of Recommendation 22 based on the comments
and my understanding that this is a part of the
system that works rather well and we would be 
hard-pressed to identify a problem the GWG is not
already trying to address.
