[Ssr2-review] No SSR2 plenary 22 Oct - Abuse team will use the slot

Dear SSR2 Review Team,

There will be no plenary meeting this week. Instead, the Abuse subteam will use the call slot (22 October 2020 at 14:00 UTC) to progress its work. Then, the subteam will plan to share text with the whole team early next week to allow time to review ahead of the 29 October plenary meeting.
