<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">ICANN Legal cannot make on-the-spot decisions regarding access to individual documents, and will therefore not be present at the meeting to rule on availability of documents. The process that is followed for
document requests is outlined in the revised Confidential Disclosure Framework and Non-Disclosure Agreement, circulated to the review team yesterday, 29 August.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
