skills matrix</a> on an accelerated schedule to respond to the SO/AC chairs request (see previous emails): </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Tue 7 Nov 15:00 UTC —Team plans to resolve any outstanding edits by this deadline. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Thurs 9 Nov 15:00 UTC —Each Team member will complete the matrix by this deadline; a transmittal note will be circulated for edits. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Fri 10 Nov 15:00 UTC —If you have any edits to a draft transmittal note, please share them by this deadline. </p>
