in place, please confirm at your earliest convenience whether we may lock these dates and launch preparations accordingly. Per the doodle poll, 11 out of 17 members are available to attend the meeting in-person. Dial-in details can be made available for the

I will arrive in Panama on Sunday afternoon. We will have our German<br>
Evening on Sunday (get together with german speaking community - it's<br>
always held on Sunday before the official ICANN Meeting). I will stay in<br>

time for a drink or meal/dinner.<br>
