<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Thank you, Scott, for email regarding audio issues on SSR2 calls. A ticket was submitted to our Tech Support team inquiring about the announcement, “the host has left the meeting”, when a dial out is requested
while a call is in session. Following is a summary of their response;<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-color:#2E75B6;mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha:100.0%">“Unfortunately, that is not a setting we can control within (audio vendor X). The calls in which operators are assisting
and no announcement is made would be taking place on (different audio vendors Y or Z) - both of which we are attempting to minimize usage of based on cost and need. I know things come up in the moment which complicates things, but my best recommendation would
be to make use of the operator assistance <u>prior</u> to the call being underway.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">With that being said, as I mentioned in the plenary call today, it is highly recommended to use the self-dial out feature offered in Adobe Connect when you join. People who dial in generally do not have audio
issues. If anyone requires a dial out, I am happy to provide that service. Please advise before the call starts to avoid delaying and/or interrupting the call.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
