Regarding N3: Dispute Resolution
 
Since eligibility for sunrise requires proof of use, the trademark's proof
of use should be able to be challenged.   I would propose a fifth ground for
a challenge to a sunrise registration:
 
(v) The trademark registration on which the  domain name registrant based
their sunrise registration is NOT in bona fide use
