[Tmch-iag] AusRegistry & Neustar's feedback on the proposed TMCH implementation model

Please find attached AusRegistries and Neustar's collective feedback on the current draft implementation model. In short we are feel that the current proposed approach is cumbersome, unnecessarily costly and brittle. This paper, points to some of the issues with the current proposed model and offers an alternative model that is simpler to implement for all involved. I encourage others to read the paper, challenge some of its assumptions, offer suggests to further improve the alternative model, and hopefully ultimately voice support for it going forward.

The alternative model builds on our collective input into the process so far, as well as some ideas that were supported by the comments made by Verisign.

If something in the model is not clear we would be more than happy to elaborate further.

We look forward to discussing this further with everyone and we would welcome a chance to discuss with ICANN and the chosen clearinghouse provider.
