Well, haven't tried it, but heard about http://dlvr.it/ in January 2013.

Dlvr.it allows syndicating of RSS feeds to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin
and Google+

It works like IFTTT (https://ifttt.com/) to create "recipes" or
"routes" as Dlvr.it calls it, but Dlvr.it is focused on republishing
RSS feeds from your blog or other content management systems.
