Hi, Dev:

A very quick progress report on the issue of Adobe Connect and Linux:

Firstly, 64-bit Debian 6 works. This rather popular desktop system ran
with very little setup difficulty. I tested it on the final ALT
meeting on the Friday (that was who "Gordon Chillcott 2" was).

We are in the process of getting ready for testing on Ubuntu 12.04,
Fedora 19 and Centos 6.5. Some of these have installed with no
difficulty, they've run the Adobe Connect test cleanly and then failed
to connect. We'll give them a more thorough run of tests as soon as
they're ready to go.

In haste, and off to another meeting,

Cheers,

Gordon
