[technology taskforce] Demo of Microsoft auto translate/caption plugin for Google Chrome

[Alfredo Calderon]

Seems to be a great project. Since a majority of end users have a Windows
equipment we need to follow closely this initiative. It could resolve the
accessibility discussion.
