Hi Good morning. Adrian from Lacombe here.
Why not use a tool like SLACK? I'm not talking about SLACK itself, but a
similar tool that is open source (riot.im / rocket.chat, mattermost), and
that can be complemented with something like google docs links...
Just my 2 cents
