I have been a volunteer for the UN e-governance survey and accessibility of websites by the disabled was one of the things looked out for.  Past results of the survey can be found in this url:

From this I’m sure disabled accessibility is a requirement, hence this is a good ruling.

letting the past ruling by the lower courts stand. That ruling found against 
Dominoes because its website was not accessible. This law now allows blind

  The law says that the Americans With Disabilities Act protects access not just
