[technology taskforce] Zoom participant limits

Hi Olivier 
It seems that icann did not want to pay more. I was in a zoom room Meeting that had close to 600 people. It was a lecture but the host allowed for people to comment. I ask Joly about the limits and he said even the cheaper pro accounts could have 500 or 1000 people if they paid extra for it. The group was not using webinar From that and looking at the prices is that icann did not want to pay for more than what was available in their plan
