The celebrated security researcher, Dan Kaminsky, widely known for his work
on discovering crucial DNS security flaws, Sony Rootkit infections and
popular talks at the Black Hat Briefings has died.

The severe flaw in the DNS that he discovered in 2008 became known as the
"Kaminsky" flaw.

He was also one of the Trusted Community Representatives (TCR) for DNSSEC
