Attached is what I hope is the final (for spring of 1992 anyway) version of
australasia, incorporating lots of good suggestions and information from
Bradley White and Robert Elz. The shar file will unpack to two files,
"yearistype.sh" and "australasia"--be sure to make an executable version
of "yearistype.sh" named "yearistype" before running "zic".
On recent-vintage Sun systems, the command
make yearistype
suffices. The shell script is needed because South Australia now seems to end
DST at different times in even and odd years.
