suddenly i stepped upon a time conversion code that is in use by the OpenBSD
OS as a part of libc, i made a patch that would be good for systems w/
a smart (; malloc which can handle zero sized memory allocations, so
that would be good to get rid of ialloc.c functions (what is done by
this patch).
that is in order to simplify future time conversion package integrations
and to make this benefitiary for other systems using this package i'm asking
you to include this patch in future releases.
