Chile

Official time zone changes as follows:
saturday March 9, 2002  At 2400 Official Continental Chile and Chiean and
Anartic Territory adjust clocks to 2300, adopting ZT+4.
Same day                      AT 2200 Official time of Western Insular
Chile, adjust clocks to 2100, adopting ZT+6.
