impending elsie.nci.nih.gov change

We've milked elsie.nci.nih.gov, our SPARCstation 2 4/75, completely dry and
are putting her out to pasture. In the next few days a new machine at a new
IP address should be mooing at the same old elsie.nci.nih.gov name. In
theory the changeover will be invisible, but if you see any glitches the
problem may be at our end.
