newbie here

[Wendel Schultz]

I'm a new comer to the tz database community.  I'd really like to
integrate it into some stuff we're doing, but I need some sort of
"orientation" material.  Any suggestions?  It doesn't seem as obvious
using these libraries with MFC apps.
