Possible Zion TZ Errors

Hi

I would like to observe that the Zion Daylight saving rule change listed for 2006 perhaps might be intended to read "only" where it
says "2010" as this seems to confilct with the D rules specified 2007 - 2010.  Similar occurences following also seem conflicting
where the rule "Fri>=26" is again utilised.

I hope someone can clarify please?
