Hello.

Attached is a patch for UYT recent changes.
The government changed the local time between Oct 9 2005 2:00 and Mar 12
2006 the legal time will be GMT-2.

Please check that the patch is correct beacuse I dont know the exact format
of the timezone source.

The patch is against the file southamerica v 7.55 I get this file from a
solaris CVS.
Where is the master site so I can I get the file from it?
