OT- trouble connecting to elsie-

In the past this has happened when people attempt to connect to elsie
from blacklisted IP addresses.  I don't know who's in charge of the
blacklist, unfortunately.  It could be something as simple as the
reverse-DNS entry for your IP address; is it set up properly?
