I have a change prepared along those lines, but wanted to get the
tz-link.htm changes straightened out first (regarding the name of
the tz code distribution).

While we're on the subject, on February 13 British Columbia's Ministry
of Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Multiculturalism
invited the public to respond to a proposal to fall into line with the
US daylight-saving change.  If you care to give your opinion, email

I tend to think this means B.C. will change too, but will hold off on
updating the data for now.
