The largest city by far in either county is Mandan, but the report indicates they were already on Central time. Next largest, at a whopping 897 population, is New Salem. The only source of data I've found on that town is hometownlocator.com, which reports it to be at 46.845N and 101.41083W (the Census Bureau's TIGER mapper confirms that point is in the city, though not quite the center). That converts to DMS as +465042-1012439, yielding LMT of-6:45:39. If New Salem is also in the already-Central section (I suspect it is not, since it's a true rural area, and Mandan is the western part of Bismarck), next largest is Glen Ullin, at +464854-1014946 and an LMT of -6:47:19.
