Thanks for the heads-up.  Here's a proposed patch that reflects your
new info as well.  I also found an article
<http://www.latribuna.hn/99299.html> saying that the president of
Honduras refused to back down on this issue.

I suppose we could wait until Monday, to see whether the clocks in
Honduras and/or El Salvador actually changed over the weekend.  But in
the meantime here's the latest info I have.  Thanks again.
