which will include the Bahamas?

Thanks for the heads-up; I'll include this in my next proposed patch.

This leaves Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, and Turks and Caicos as obvious
candidates of countries to watch, to see whether they change their DST
rules to match those of the US.
