A good source for reliable time reports is 'ABC NewsRadio'. This
broadcaster reports local time regularly for each major Australian
time zone. The length of these reports has previously increased
significantly around DST transitions, due to the increased number of
different clock times.

They stream online at http://www.abc.net.au/newsradio/
