Iran uses DST again

Hi all,

 From 2008, Iran uses DST again which was not used for some years. In
Jalali calendar, it starts on 1/1 and it'll end on 06/30. In Gregorian
calendar, it starts on 03/21 and ends on 09/21. But every 4 years (2008
is one of them) on our leap years, it'll become 03/20 and 09/20.


I was unable to find any English reference, but anyway, the following
references mention this change. The latter contains the exact text of
the law:
