Morocco plan to introduce Daylight Saving Time

I've actually checked with the ministry "ministere de la modernisation 
des secteur publics" of Morocco and I made a small mistake. I should 
have read it the evening of Saturday night (Sunday at midnight goes back 
1 hour to Saturday 23:00). It makes more sense that way both occurring 
in the evening of saturday night to sunday morning.
