Syria still on DST

Syria has now officially decided to end DST on 2008-11-01 this year, 
according to the following article in the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

The article is in Arabic, and seems to tell that they will go back to 
winter time on 2008-11-01 at 00:00 local daylight time (delaying/setting 
clocks back 60 minutes).
