Time zone vote on Jersey

According to TIMESONLINE there will be a vote in "Jersey's first referendum
to decide whether to reset the clocks to Central European Time -  an hour
ahead of United Kingdom"

According to the article 70 percent of businesses asked were against this
because most trading is with the UK, not France. But of course the public
vote decides.
