Hello,

I want to compare an older version (debian sarge) of the compiled timezone database with a newer version (debian etch). So I'm looking for a utility that dumps the contents of a compiled timezone file in human readable format the can be compared by utilities like diff or tkdiff afterwards. Can I use a timezone db compiled for etch on a sarge machine?

Thanks
Reinhard
