Pakistan new DST info

Hello,

I am taking followup from Gerhard Niklasch regarding 2 customers ( Nokia 
and Motorola ) requesting IDR for the new TZ in Pakistan .
One of these customers informed us that the 15 April date was finally 
approved by Pakistan government :

We therefore need to provide patches for all currently supported 
versions of Solaris and do it soon.

Please let me know if I need to open a bug and/or escalate to Sustaining 
( ENG-SW-UTILITIES queue ? )
