According to the Daily Star, Bangladesh will set back clocks on October 1:

"Clock goes back an hour on October 1 as the Daylight Saving Time (DST)
scheme for this year ends on September 30."

They also say that DST will start on April 1 next year, so a good guess
is probably from April 1 to October 1 from year 2010.
