Pakistan confirmed back to ST on Oct 1, Bangladesh not

According to Associated Press Of Pakistan, it is confirmed that 
Pakistan clocks across the country would be turned back by an hour from October 
1, 2009.

Also, Bangladesh won't go back to Standard Time from October 1, 2009, 
instead it will continue DST measure till the cabinet makes a decision.
