Can someone please confirm if the Samoa DST will start between Sept 24th and Sept 25th or between Sept 25th and Sept 26th?

There seems to be conflicting info here:

http://www.worldtimezone.com/dst_news/dst_news_samoa05.html (between Sept 25th and Sept 26th)

Samoa DST starts on midnight between Saturday, September 25, 2010 and Sunday, September 26, 2010 and will end DST on the first Sunday of April (midnight April 2-April 3) in 2011.

little correction to Steffen Thorsen:
end of DST for Samoa should be:

"Sunday 3nd April 2011 – adjust your clocks backwards from 1:00am to 12:00am"

not
"Saturday 2nd April 2011 – adjust your clocks backwards from 1:00am to 12:00am"
