Subject: Zone and iso3166 info for the former Netherlands Antilles

First of all my compliments for maintaining this excellent database.
I have one remark regarding the former Netherlands Antilles. As of October 2010 Curacao, Aruba and Sint Maarten are independent countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This information is available at http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/english_country_names_and_code_elements.htm and at http://www.minbuza.nl/en/News/Newsflashes/2010/10/Responsibility_for_foreign_relations_unchanged_after_Kingdom_reform
In the current zone.tab and iso3166.tab of the tzdata2011e, Curacao is still part of the Netherlands Antilles (AN). I know it doesn't change anything for the timezone "america/curacao" but it would be nice to link this timezone to the correct countryname.

Is there any way to change this in the zone and iso3166 files?

Thanks again for the great work you're doing.
Kind Regards,
Patrick Fermont
