Ukraine's parliament registered a draft resolution to cancel seasonal clock change

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Ukraine's parliament) registered a draft 
resolution to cancel seasonal clock change and to establish Ukraine time as
second time zone plus one hour. <br>
If current resolution will be approved, Ukraine will not switch to winter time 
anymore and "standard" time will be changed from UTC+2 to UTC+3.
