Russia to turn clocks forward, but not back again in 2011

So we know the clocks won't be changing in Russia starting this fall. Do we know yet which time zone abbreviations will be appropriate?
(That is, will Russia be on permanent DST or will it be redefining what "standard" time is?)

usual, but not back again, so they will stay permanently on DST, from 2011.
