Chile contemplating delay in time change

Oh please, not again.  This would make the third time in 5 years they've changed it at the last minute (once due to a similar "power crisis" and once due to the earthquake).  It's an incredible pain in the neck.  Anyway, if it does officially change, the official site for this info is:

Though, of course, it will be in all the papers as well.
