Egypt Cairo Timezone Daylight Saving

Hi,

I am Mahmoud from Egypt.
I want to inform you that Egypt won't use daylight saving this year

I am using Ruby on Rails for a web application and it is using your database
for timezone calculations. So, please update your database as soon as
possible because that affects many applications using your database.
